It is a maisonette apartment, while all bedrooms are on the first floor in a town villa with only 13 apartments. It is a very quiet, nice, bright and above all safe location in the Old Town where only residential properties are located. In front of the town villa, there is trouble-free parking outside the garage, which is free of charge. Close to the apartment there are complete civic amenities, including the excellent Italian restaurants Da Andrea, \"Ako doma\", Yeme, the English school Cambridge and within walking distance to the historic center of Bratislava. Under the apartment there is a large green area where children can play and relax. The apartment is very well laid out. The lower floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a wardrobe, and a toilet. On the upper floor there are three separate bedrooms, each room has a wardrobe, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, an AEG washing machine and dryer. The whole apartment has its own heating, its own gas-fired new Wolf boiler. The apartment is air-conditioned with a Daikin air conditioner. Each room has an exit to the terrace. The apartment also includes 2 parking spaces in the underground garage with an elevator to the apartment (dry foot to the apartment). It is rented partially furnished, the apartment can be furnished or unfurnished, it is a matter of agreement. The rent is EUR 1,500,-\u20ac plus EUR 300 for energy, including parking.
