If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the Service Desk L2 Support Professional in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport L2 support desk by reviewing/assigning the tickets for SAP S4H technical issues supporting our Q2C clients
Follow up with open tickets until solutions
Evaluate the technical issues in case of technical escalation is neededRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseKnowledge of SAP
Knowledge of invoicing
Knowledge of Contract Registration
Knowledge of overall O2C process and flowPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceKnowledge of SAP iERP / S4HThe salary range starts at 1800 EUR gross per month.
