We are looking for a customer support assistant who has knowledge of Dutch language at C1 level, is not afraid of challenges, likes innovation, and wants to share ideas. In addition to a good mood, which you should bring along to the office every day, we would appreciate if you are also a good English speaker. If you speak other foreign languages, such as Spanish, Croatian, Bulgarian, Italian, Swedish, Danish or any others, then your path is clearly directed towards us. If you think you are the right person, send us your CV!Your job will entail:
- e-mail, telephone and chat communication with customers,
- customer support,
- providing general product information,
- dealing with client requests,
- routine administrative work, invoicing (SAP),
- communication with suppliers
