email is IBM organization responsible for lifecycle management of Personal computer and mobile phones. Our mission is: enable users in our scope to perform their business-as-usual operations by making sure we have the right machine for them in the right place at the right time.
We are looking for a colleague that will support this service for almost 5000 IBM employees and Contractors in France.Your responsibility will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining close relationship between email management, local Delivery team and our users in France.Communication is the key. You will ensure email policy and IBM internal rules and guidelines are followed and local Delivery team is performing according to expectations. You will drive positive branding of Devices organization and react to user issues, inquiries and feedback.Required Professional and Technical Experience:- Excellent French and English communication skills
