As a Software Subscription Annuity Specialist you will have direct responsibility to ensure renewals are closed on time, year-to-year growth on pricing is protected and opportunities for up-selling are identified whilst minimizing opportunity/Client attrition. You will achieve this through Client engagement, negotiation & converting existing business opportunities across a widely varied Client install base. You will be tasked to maintain IBM's superior level of Customer focus while negotiating and closing opportunities.Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal client engagement by proposing both the value and technical differentiator of the Software Subscription Annuity portfolio.
Working with various sources, you will develop & expand on renewal opportunities and be responsible for driving them to closure
Keeping your technical proficiency and product knowledge up to date
Through continuous personal development, you will become a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for Clients
Work with internal IBM teams in an effective way to progress and expand renewal opportunities for ClientsWhat do you need for success
Minimum 2 years in a full cycle Sales role with a consistent track record of achieving personal targets
Proficient at using both digital & relevant sales tools & be confident in engaging peers and making connections
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and focus on client satisfaction
Strong personal integrity and an affinity with technology
Fluent English and (Croatian or Russian or Slovenian)
