We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant for our Office in Slovakia/Bratislava. You will work directly with the owner on various topics HR/People, Social Media, Customer visits/Events/Parties.
Be part of Swiss software development company with main locations in Bern/Switzerland and Bratislava/Slovakia. We have a international and growing team and looking for a long-term collaboration. The topics are various and can be adjust also do the personal experiences/preferences.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Be part of the onboarding of new team members
- Support our recruitment team
- Work as a PMO in some of our projects
- Work directly with owner on
- Organize events from the company, like hiking, dinners other social events
- Organize customer/management visits from Switzerland to our Slovak office
- Organizing travels and accommodation of business trips from employees
- We plan to move to a new office this year, so be part of the office selection, floor planning and finally the interior decoration for the new office (that's a larger topic)
- Be part of our social media team and post pictures videos from our events
