Accounts Receivables - tracking invoice payments, chasing customer late payments, late payment fee management, dispute management
Compliance and Business Controls
Contract support - Baseline management (complexity based on the contract specific), Deliverables Management, Issue and Risk Management
Contract Change Management
Billing/Invoicing management based on contract specifics
Lead Governance contract meetings with CPE and DPE, Finance
advise business counterparts (PE, DPE, CU Leader) on the respective events treatment
all contracts’ phases including - T&T, BAU, RFS
high probability of managing re-negotiation, extensions, or terminations
manage contract registrations & billing in the Customer fulfillment tool (CFTs)
