If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the S/4Hana Platform Country Deployment Manager in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!The Country Deployment Manager is responsible for establishing working relationships with key business stakeholders and country leaders to assure they understand the program, receive appropriate communications, and are included in the planning process.In this role, you will be responsible for providing structure, framework, and planning support to application and services teams that are responsible for enabling new business functionality either native to Kyndryl’s S/4Hana platform or available via integration with the Kyndryl’s S/4Hana platform to one or more countries in a Coverage Zone.Responsibilities include creating tailored Purpose, People, Process, and Technology checklists to successfully assure closure of items required for successful deployment.The Country Deployment Manager is also responsible for assuring key progress against the People, Processes, and Technology needed to use and support the function delivered are being addressed through the plans and activities of the application and services team planning to deploy to Kyndryl’s S/4Hana platform.Country Deployment Managers are accountable for assuring the detailed deployment plans required to deploy within a country are properly reflected in the Deployment Plan created and maintained by the Assigned S/4Hana Platform Deployment Project Manager. They are also responsible for curating all applicable artefacts created/received as needed.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseInternational deployment experience
Experience in a service delivery organization
Participation in one more programs driving organizational change
Willingness to travelPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceDepending on the countries they are working with, language skills that include excellent oral and written
English skills and one or more of the languages of countries/country with which they will engage
Experience working across business and technology within an organizationThe salary range starts at 3.550 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
