We are currently looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Application Consultant to join the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia.The person will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of simple or complex projects to the satisfaction of the CIO Network Services Programme Office (the "PO").
We have a pipeline of exciting development initiatives that are transforming the Network organization.
The role will be developing applications mainly on the ServiceNow platform to support CIO Network Services teams to automate and integrate critical security response workflows.Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Broad knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience in developing applications and configuring workflows in ServiceNow
- Ability to develop requirements based on client interviews and documented requirements
- Ability to translate employees' requirements to the development Service Now language
- Experience in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Deploying Training and Operational Support
- Experience with Web Technologies (JSON/XML, HTML/CSS, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment
- Experience in maintaining applications during their entire lifecycle
- Experience with integration technologies such as LDAP, SAML/SSO, API’s
- Experience with Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with code repository and revision control systems e.g GitHub
- Knowledge of network architecture principles and practices
- A good understanding of CyberSecurityPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Microsoft programming tools
- JavaScript and Python
- Experience working in Agile practices
