If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the SAP Master Data Governance Technical Lead in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!As part of the SAP Platform Data and Analytics team, you will be the overall technical lead for the SAP Master Data Governance squad, overseeing all aspects concerning Kyndryl’s SAP data governance.You will provide thought leadership towards the data strategy and support building up a data engineering competency within the team.Your creativity and judgment will be applied to data governance projects in Kyndryl’s business environment.Kyndryl’s SAP landscape is a large complex hybrid model with on-prem Cloud hosted S4/HANA and HCM Payroll combined with SAP Cloud solutions such as ARIBA/Fieldglass and SAP Commissionaire to name a few.Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand the various components of our SAP S4/HANA, Business Warehouse, and SAP Analytics Cloud landscape and its downstream corporate data lake, both from a technical and a business perspective.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members and develop guidelines, standards and checklists
• Participate in planning and implementing the strategic S4/HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud globally
• Maintain consistent, high-quality project and solution documentation
• Develop, execute, and document test cases to validate report and data accuracy, against documented requirements and design specification
• Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal growth.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the application and comply with legal and internal regulations
• Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with excellent communication skills and cooperation
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developmentsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise:
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience and success in owning data solutioning processes end-to-end
• Advanced data analysis skills and quickly being able to translate business requests into technical database queries
• BI/Data Visualizations tools experience (or at least exposure)
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken) working with multinational teams and end users
• Demonstrated experience in creative and proactive thinking, and flexibility /adaptability
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Power BI and Azure platform knowledge is a plusEducation, Licenses & Certificates:
• High School Diploma/GEDThe salary range starts at 3500 EUR gross per month.
