About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Property Listings Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate tech industry — especially in the exciting field of international vacation investment properties.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all new property listings on our platform are complete, accurate, and well-presented. You’ll work closely with international developers and partners to gather the right data and upload listings that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and consolidate all essential information and media for new property listings
• Upload and manage property listings on our platform with accuracy and consistency
• Communicate directly with our international partners and developers to request, verify, and organize data
• Ensure listings meet our internal quality and presentation standards
• Help improve and refine internal processes related to listings and communication

Požiadavky:
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Quick learner with good logical and analytical thinking
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Slovak language is not required
• Basic knowledge of media editing (e.g. basic Photos editing)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with data entry, or content management systems is a plus
