Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Within the Management\/serving clients portal you will have several responsibilities. This job role is linked with invoicing off our external clients for DACH with primary focus on Germany.
- You will work with different tools which are getaway for the invoices issued and are to be either send electronically with attachments or printed physically.
- You will daily interlock with several functions within IBM in order to clarify opened invoices, missing information and attachments. In case off system error with supporting team and overall process knowledge will be required. For this you will be educated.
- You need to make sure that all invoices will be send out to external client in certain time period as this has direct impact on IBM DSO - cash collection.
- You will have also the possibility and will be expected from you, that will come with improvements in areas where process is to complex, not working properly. In this job role you will create networking, growth in several areas, utilize and extend your expertise.
- Currently you will also support with new COAT database implementation which is linked with new Intelligent Workflow tool for invoice creation.
