If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the Service Desk L2 Support Professional in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport L2 support desk by reviewing\/assigning the tickets for SAP S4H technical issues supporting our Q2C clients<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n    Follow up with open tickets until solutions<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n    Evaluate the technical issues in case of technical escalation is neededRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseKnowledge of SAP<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n    Knowledge of invoicing<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n    Knowledge of Contract Registration<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n    Knowledge of overall O2C process and flowPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceKnowledge of SAP iERP \/ S4HThe salary range starts at 1800 EUR gross per month.
