If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the IT Process and Change Coordinator in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!The IT Change Coordinator role will be part of the CIO Transformation and Strategy OCM team and will assist in understanding the impact of multiple IT and business transformations on employees. This role will work with business and CIO teams to understand the scope of transformations and develop plans to support the impacted organizations through application roll-out and adoption. The role also includes communication strategy and tactics to help to ensure our teams across Kyndryl are aware of what the transformation is doing and why.Role and Responsibilities of the Job:Understand the impact of transformation on employee roles and work processes and mindset toward change
\n Drive communication strategies and tactics that enable Kyndryl employees to embrace change and build an understanding of why these changes are critical
\n Design a change management approach to influence employee adoption and acceptance of new tools and processes
\n Create change activities, enablement, and communications to excite employees to embrace new ways of working
\n Design a change management approach to improve the adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts
\n Influence and coach others to move toward a common vision or goalRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor\u2019s degree, or equivalent experience
\n 3+ years of Service design or OCM change impact experience
\n Understanding of OCM and design thinking methodologies
\n Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor messages for a variety of audiences
\n Curiosity and empathy to connect with, understand and influence end users
\n Understanding of OCM processes and strategies
\n Knowledge of communication and enablement strategies
\n Experience with MS Office, collaboration and publishing and design tools
\n Knowledge of technology concepts and technical language and processes
\n Ability to travel up to 20%The salary range starts at 3115 EUR gross per month.
