Scope of work:
Own and deploy Online Maintenance tool for respective clients
Identify and create opportunities for client interactions, relationship building to gain TSS brand and client insight
Maintain and expand TSS brand relationship to increase brand understanding on Digitization Sales Organization solutions portfolio and maximize value for the brand
Analyze brand processes and identify opportunities to improve client experience with DSO solutions portfolio.
Provide Internal (Client Managers, Brand IBM Digital Sales..) and External education (Clients workshops)

E2E deployment/onboarding of clients to the respective tool
Client relationship management (internal, external)
Technical requirements management
Consultant to customer and Team IBM on IBMs DSO digital capabilities
Active customer management in operational business
Provide appropriate support to IBM teams and customersWhat do you need for success?
At least 6 years experience as TSS or GTS digital seller/seller/ solution Rep and or relevant technical background
Good understanding of workflow solutions and logic
Sales experience is plus
Good technical and innovation skills around rules creation
Result oriented and business driven
Self-driven
Well Organized, Project management
Excellent capability to work in virtual international teams across business units
Good understanding about IBM
Languages: English (pro), any other European language of outside of CEE, preferably French
